[Lowfer] WI

For some time now I have had a  BIG signal of some sort on 187.4Khz hr at
the qth..It seems to be on all the time..Very strong with my minwhip and a
bit less on the LF-1010 loop.I just was not able to get copy on WI ..But I
kept looking and low and behold I looked tonite and there was WI coming
through..I have no reason to know what changed but that signal is still
there..Anyway here is my copy on WI tonite and I also included what  is
Walt's QSL to me back from a Dec 6, 1986 copy when he was located in
Owings, Maryland
