[Lowfer] WD2XNS pre-test test

Jay,

Not worthy of screenshots due to the fake conditions, but with the loop 
at right angles and 50 dB of attenuation, I'm getting just barely 
convincing QRSS and -38/-39 dB WSPR-15 decodes. It would only take a 
nertch less signal to kill both.
