[Lowfer] WD2XNS pre-test test

Ok, I'll play. Got one receiver (R75 + upconverter) capturing your QRSS
signal. My other receiver, Winradio G33DDC, is working on your WSPR signal.
Both are using the same antenna, via a splitter.
