[Lowfer] WG2XCT beacon. QRSS30 on 470.20 KHz

We need to both get Jays disciplining mod done . I get tired of messing with calibration   my R75 is about 14 Hz low . It is fairly stable when warm though. I'd like yo get it so it is stable and on frequency all the time. I thought I'd finish the board before I open it up. The board gives a 30 MHz output but not a nice clean sine wave - instead a series of three waves of different amplitudes which may be what is expected. Filtering would clean it right up. That may be OK but I want to work on it a little more.
