[Lowfer] WD2XES WOLF Tonight

Just got home and found Wolf decodes of WD2XES as I had left the 
receiver running at 136 kHz +800 Hz. Using the "old" software, for which 
I have no sampling issue:

I do have an issue with the broadband noise floor. It seems to have 
jumped up 10 dB due to something running in the neighborhood. 
Nonetheless the Wolf signal is getting through that degradation.
