[Lowfer] WD2XNS in WOLF mode

I worked today so as soon as I got home, I DL'ed and installed Wolf.  I 
didn't have it on my new laptop.
At this power and distance there's no contest.  But it's nice to be 
decoding Wolf again.
I have no idea why it burped at t: 96.
