[Lowfer] Lowfer WI Daytime Copy at 110 miles

I am receiving WI well this morning. I can copy him with ARGO NDB mode. The 
.gif does not look as clear as the screen. I have a keyer for him that I 
hope to send him Monday. I can't hear him as a have a howling carrier about 
500 Hz above his signal.

Pretty good copy here daytime of new  Lowfer beacon WI
run by Walt Glazar W3WI on Friday 02/15.
WI is reading  187.507.49 kHz. and  is sending normal CW mode today
at about 5WPM.

I was hearing WI well enough to try an NDB speed capture
on the  ARGO screen  :

I  understand Pat has built a QRSS keyer for Walt so he
will be able to send  QRSS30 soon. In the meantime be on the
lookout  for a normal CW beacon  like we used to listen for
back in the 90's before QRSS.
