[Lowfer] WI ??

I built it this afternoon and it is running in the shop now.  Message is WI WI and then cw QSL to W3WI and then repeat. I'll put it in the mail to you tomorrow .

pIC is a PIC12F509 simple 8 pin chip with built in oscillator
