[Lowfer] WI ??

Dex, thanks for the input that the 4 second dashes from awhile back are 
now replaced by "WI". The mp3 file indicates WI is sent continuously in 
Morse code at a rather slow rate. I see something just above 187.5 kHz 
at your dropbox but it doesn't look like continuous CW of WI. Perhaps 
that's because the ARGO threshold and QSB aren't allowing the dots and 
dashes to clearly stand out.
