[Lowfer] WI ??

I've been in frequent contact with Walt the past few days.  As I 
suggested he tried to get his keyer to send QRSS but he had difficulty 
accomplishing this.  He has returned to sending WI at approximately 7 
wpm speed.  WD4NGG also is hearing WI and recorded this yesterday:

I suspect he is going to need help with a keyer to send QRSS.

I've been running my grabber on his signal during the day to help him 
improved his signal.  Grabber is now running.  WI is occasionally strong 
enough see the call with Argo in NDB mode.
