Strange conditions tonite for WE2XGR/6 NY on 474.2 dial freq.  Was decoding nothing per 2 minute interval more than once tonite.  Wasn't the usual turnout from US sigs to keep a spot on "activities" so some intervals went blank.  Was 0330 before the band opened up for continuous decodes.  At times there was no domestic stations decoding and only Europeans decoding.
