[Lowfer] RSGB LF Reflectors

[Douglas D. Williams]

Well, I'm hoping they convert to the 21st century (Yahoo) list, because
that is what I plan to read, as far as over-the-pond LF goes. The "old"
list just has too much noise-to-signal ratio for me to deal with. ;-)
