[Lowfer] WG2XCT beacon. 468.0 KHz QRRS 30

Wanted to check for it last night, but this unpredicted winter delight will 
make it hard to get into the field for the next couple of days...and not 
just in this car, even in my regular vehicle.  It's nothing on the order of 
the big blizzard in the northeast, of course, but it's going to keep us 
muddy for quite a while!
