[Lowfer] 137.6 khz on WSPR-15 waterfall

Took a look for the mystery signals here this afternoon, but the storms 
between the Plains and the East made a royal hash of everything.  Even MP 
was struggling to get through with Argo in QRSS60 mode.  As it got later and 
the tornados developed in the South, MP very nearly disappeared, which is 
pretty drastic.  I can normally see Mitch even when he's off the air!  ;~)

Earlier in the afternoon I was looking at 185.3 and discovered something 
useful about dealing with static in my setup, but I'll describe that in 
another post.  It didn't help much in the conditions prevailing at 137, 
though.
