[Lowfer] VX9BDQ 504.2 kHz

Copied VX9BDQ, QRSS3 with difficulty due to deep QSB and elevated noise 
floor around 0600Z. A bit later VX9MRC was copied similarly on QRSS20 at 
504.101 kHz. Earlier in the evening DK7FC was weak on 136.172 kHz QRSS60 
because of the high noise floor. A storm approaching from the SW was the 
culprit so shut down the receivers for the rest of the night.
