[Lowfer] WSPR 15 micro power transmission in 474.2 + 1615

Gotta be a WSPR 15 signal??? One that Dex is not getting anything at his qth 
and is fairly strong here 90 miles away?

Here's the wiggler that I am seeing.

Pretty sure it’s a WSPR-15 signal. No one want to claim it?

Not seeing that signal here Pat.  I tried to remotely setup a grabber
showing my WSPR screen so you can see your signal.  Don't know if it
will work but if so it's set to update every 10 minutes.

Looks like the waterfall got reset but is displaying.
