[Lowfer] XNS waiting for the blizzard ...

The official figure here is 28" as of this morning -- that would be a 
tricky measurement with the drifting. Jay should have gotten more, as he 
was stuck in a very dense band of snow late last evening. Very fluffy 
stuff here, though, only 16F today.
