WE2XEB  NY had a surprisingly good nite on 137 wspr 15 mode.  Didn't expect allot of activity and I was certainly correct.  I was going to just receive tonite first on 137 and then to 474.2.  That didn't get off the ground with snow static that was unbearable.Sparked up on 137 wspr 15 and immediately got decodes from YV7MAE and Hartmut , DL-SWL.  Only domestic decodes were from K9AN and KC0BMF.  Could only load to 200W into the base of the vert that was iced up although 2-3 inches of wet snow got blown off with the impending blizzard that took hold about 0100Z.Never know what condx are going to be like until you try!
