Here in NY WE2XGR/6  found 630 Meters very usable.  As has been found this mid Winter, conditions appeared best later rather than earlier in the evening.  One can just check the WSPRnet decodes to find that true.   The numbers of "across the pond"  decodes certainly showed what decent conditions can do.
