My report of the Puerto Rico transmitter failing to shut down was 
handled nicely by Tim Rulon of NOAA and Matt Doscher of USCG. They 
alerted the Coast Guard Electronic Support Detachment (ESD) San Juan, PR 
to check out the equipment and station "R" behaved normally last night. 
Not sure if a problem was found or it is intermittent and simply didn't 
recur. Time will tell.
