[Lowfer] 136 kHz Rulemaking and Daytime Tests?

Wow, I really wish I had Internet access in the field! Sorry to keep folks
waiting for the first day's fantastic results, but I wanted to stay out
there as long as I could. There will be more pictures later this evening,
but for now, the results boil down to this:

Halfway across the continent...daytime...with QRSS3. Yes, 3!

Dex threw me a curve. He e-mailed me directly to tell me his planned
operating mode, but I was already gone before the message arrived. It took
me a little while to figure out what I was seeing, but it was a surprise and
delight when I did.

See if you can figure out solely from this picture the particular
combination of modes he was sending. Argo is in QRSS30 mode. The left side
is smeared because I was checking things out at Normal speed for about four
minutes, then switched back to Slow. Everything else you need in order to
figure out what Dex was doing is in the picture itself, and staring at it
long enough was how I figured it out, and then set up the capture I'll post
next.

MP was booming in too, as usual, just 1 or 2 dB lower than XKO. And XGJ was
there, also, albeit considerably lower in level than MP. More on that in
the final capture of the evening.
