[Lowfer] WSPR tonite 15 and 2 versions...

WE2XGR/6 started out on wspr 15 with some decent dx decodes forthcoming.  Looked like snr figures dropped to where wspr 2 should work so switched to "2" at about 0200.  Condx never did really come to be real good tonite so I just went QRT early as have to get up early tomorrow morning.  With only fair condx prevailing there still was a multitude of stations active on 500 tonite.
