I second that comment. I pulled the current limiting resistors out of my 
interface thinking I was pulling too much current from the USB-COM port 
converter.

Anyway - I am now fixed and transmitting WSPR 15 on 468.1 KHZ - I moved up 
10 KHz because there is a wandering signal very close to 468.0 KHz.

Duty Cycle is 50% - TX Audio 1611 Hz Power about 7 dBM

Anyone having problems with WSPRX make sure you are using the latest
version.  I spent several hours trying to figure out what I had wrong
until W1VD set me straight.
