[Lowfer] Reminder- Attachmnt+message size limit 50KB

I can remember manually converting photos and other files with
UUENCODE and MIME64 before posting them on USENET groups. What a pain!
I think when I set up a qth.net group it gave me the option of
permitting larger file attachments, which I chose. There's still a
limit but it's bigger than 50k.
