[Lowfer] WSPR-2

[David L. Wilson]

It was puzzling as I had just sync'ed my clock to NIST. Without re-syncing
the clock, I brought up the old WSPR program and it got copy despite the
fact that WSPRX WSPR-2 mode did not.
