[Lowfer] WMS, MBD, and SIW in Kansas

Impressive captures JD! Conditions not nearly as good here. At the 
watering hole all I could pull out were SJ and WMS, and they were fading 
in and out of the noise floor. Only a hint of TAG and nothing seen of MBD.

518 kHz Navtex wasn't any better, but did decode messages from Tofino, 
BC at the start of the 0510 and 0910Z time slots.
