You'll probably not be able to maintain that. Stefan is generating the WSPR-2 signal by means other 
than the WSPR program. This allows him to control his transmission periods - exactly every other two 
minute period. When generating a WSPR-2 signal from within the WSPR program ... like you'll be doing 
... this isn't possible. If running 50% duty cycle for example, most of the time it will transmit 
every other two minute period ... but will ocassionally either double up or skip a transmission 
period. This keeps all stations that are tranmitting and receiving from remaining in sync and not 
being able to provide spots for each other. As far as I know there is no way to defeat this feature.

WSPR-15 does not work in the same manner ... 50% is every other period ... forever.
