Jay the "antenna" on MO presently is a piece of wire thrown up in a tree.
Almost vertical but not quite..........................
It is about 40 feet long and keeps us inside the rules. We are going to put
up a monopole with 10 foot radial top hat on top of the metal building.
MO will be in the rafters just under the antenna. The building is ground/
counterpoise. We will be using military fiberglass pipes in a tripod already
in place. The pipes will use 3 guy ropes of Dacron. These guys will help
support the pvc structure for the top hat. Once that is in place and we have
close to 1 watt input we expect to see a better result from MO.
But that will only be known once it is all on line. 73
