The signal from XRS/4 continued to build and I now have a nice, fairly
clean ID - see attached. The signal at 1320 is my own local reference
so that I can keep an eye on drift. The "dip" was from the SDR's AGC
keying on a bit of QRM (probably from a neighbor's TV) that I had to
dodge with the passband tuning.
It would seem that first hints of 'XRS/4 appeared at around sun down and
that by the time it got to be too dark to read a book outside, it had
built to pretty much the signal level that I'm seeing now.
I don't see any other signals in the general vicinity.
