[Lowfer] 137kHz watering hole in DN40

Propagation is getting a little better up here - john bdq's dasher still strong at the top if the shop - XKO  smudges getting stronger and now cgm - ja1cgm nice and bright settling down near 778.5

Smudges elsewhere and will review at first bugle/reveille
