[Lowfer] QRSS 60 tonight along with the boys on 137.776

Was already seeing a couple of signals at 2 PM CST when I had to leave for 
town to pay some bills (MP and presumably XKO...didn't dare wait for more of 
the ID).  The band is absolutely static-free this afternoon, and both 
signals were also coming in fine at QRSS3!  Wish we were doing some 
groundwave PSK tests already. :)

Prior to that, I copied the changeover of SIW from QRSS at the watering 
hole, to slant mode at 185.185, at 1900 UTC.  Can't find the memory stick, 
so I'll have to wait to post that one.
