Clint, your description of the signal on ~137.777 then shifting to 778 
fits my activity in that time frame.  Had second thoughts about using 
777 and figured no one was receiving anyway so quickly jumped to 778.   
Had some TVI and shut down around 0245z .. I'm hoping its just a poor 
f-connector on the tv cable.
