[Lowfer] WD2XNS 137.750 JASON Mode

Doug,

I don't think that sound card cal makes a lot of difference, as the 
decoding depends on the frequency difference between successive tones.

JASON does not have forward error correction, so fades and noise hits 
can cause lost characters. On the other hand, it doesn't wallow around 
looking for a re-sync, so the obliterations are usually confined just to 
the bad signal period.

It does make a decent weak-signal QSO mode. The character throughput is 
better than QRSS3.
