[Lowfer] Beacon JAM 187.015 khz Holiday schedule

Some people suggest that JAM is at 187.016 or 187.0165khz. I am at the mercy of my counter that reports
187.015khz. I looked at your capture. That looks a lot like a noisey capture of JAM. Not defined but 
maybe.
