WSPR-2 on 630m is prob a good choice.  WG2XIQ (TX) running about 50mW 
ERP and WG2XKA (VT) 200 mW ERP, both good catches.

Decoded XIQ numerous times up here in WPA last night when he was running 
5-10 mW ERP.
