[Lowfer] SAQ in CT

Was set up and waiting well ahead of schedule ... just listening. I never know what to expect for 
s/n as the previous two best receptions happened during the summer transmission and sometimes the 
winter transmission is barely audible. Was blown away by the s/n when they finally fired up!

Have made some minor improvements here but don't think that accounted for all of the enhanced s/n. 
Hope some others in the US had reception and can comment on their impressions compared to previous 
transmissions.
