[Lowfer] Navtex DX despite ice storm

$04T, Iqaluit, Nunavut on 518 kHz Navtex decoded here last night too 
around 0948Z, It was followed by a couple of messages from $04M, 
Simiutaq/Cape Farewell, Greenland. Signals from the North are still 
coming in well as 1200Z nears. NDB YHK on 236 kHz at GJOA HAVEN, Nunavut 
is one example. It hasn't been logged for years but apparently Alex, 
VE3GOP was there recently and got it running well.
