[Lowfer] Navtex DX despite ice storm

Depending on what it's frozen to, roughly 1/4 to 1/2 inch.  Most of my trees are conifers and it's interesting to
see the ice only on the N-E sides!  The two maples outside the shack window have about 1/2 inch on their
horizontal limbs sections.  I had to tread carefully while walking our huskie this morning....even he found it
tough, despite having 4 paw drive!
