[Lowfer] Big EAR

The QRN has increased a few dB since the MLS observation, but EAR was clear 
most of the time anyway.  Not entirely as clean as the one I snagged about 
this same time back in 2011, but close.  Only a little unknown QRM just 
above it, which didn't show up while I had the speaker on.
