[Lowfer] 1750 m Watering Hole

Sorry that I'm not doing these in chronological order, but it's going to 
take a while to stitch together the DK7FC captures, and I need to return to 
the field right away, so I'll skip ahead to these 'cause they're quicker.

Bob was right about the bands being hot all of a sudden.  Didn't think I had 
much chance to see LowFERs through near-continuous S3 QRN, accompanied by 
moderately frequent S9+ crashes.  When I looked at the watering hole, 
though, there were SIW and SJ, and even CV in what I take to be low power 
mode for testing...mercifully, or I wouldn't have had a chance at the other 
two. :)  No TAG yet this season so far; sorry, JA.
