[Lowfer] Another try at my HiFER report.

Trying again, because...well, I'll probably get bounced again if I
explain why. During the time the vehicle was stuck and I let the rig
monitor HiFERs temporarily, I started out seeing NC, 7P, EH, the SIW
duo, and USC. No sign of MTI or PBJ, an unusual LORAN-like chatter
from AJO to NDB, a possible slight trace of GNK, and a few letters at a
time from FRC. Eventually, 7P and the SIWs went away, and literally
moments after sunset, so did USC. It peaked up very bright, then in
just a couple more minutes it was gone.

But just before it did that, though, there was something else!

Over the past year, I've noticed something peculiar that happens to
EH's signal sometimes late in the day, and only that one--until today.
It seems to arrive here by two paths, one or both of which are
undergoing Doppler shift at different rates, so that there are TWO
traces for the station, separated by 1 to 2 Hz. This phenomenon can go
on for anywhere from several minutes to an hour and a half, or slightly
longer.

It happened today on USC instead (and not on EH at all this time).
When it showed up on USC, it was the cleanest example I've ever seen.
And if you'll notice near the end of the capture, it was actually
_three_ traces for a
while! Minutes later, just after this capture, it had narrowed to one
trace, brightened briefly, then rapidly faded out.
