[Lowfer] DK7FC DFCW in EN90xn

Jay, Andy & All: Just starting to see traces at about 0105 ~ 0110 UTC of 
DK7FC now in EN90xn. Nil for about 20 minutes prior and then popped out of 
the noise.  Rather solid signal level.....
