[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Was surprised to see station 4G drop at 0530Z and reveal at weaker 
signal sending a weather report. Didn't get the ZCZC D but clearly the 
station was 12D, Prince Rupert, BC, not 12J in Kodiak, AK as per my 
scheduler. Haven't copied 12D for awhile, perhaps because 4N is usually 
long-winded. My Navtex scheduler shows 12D transmitting at 0430Z, not 
0530Z, but

indicates the scheduler isn't right. Nothing else out of the ordinary 
was noted, but Greenland 4M decoded nicely at 1000Z.
