[Lowfer] Navtex ... XNI in CT

No new Navtex stations added last night ... but did manage to snag XNI ... first time tried and 
first reception IIRC. Distance 1674 mi (2694 km). Capture would be more impressive if not ensnarled 
in interference. Frequency clear below should you decide to 'bump' it down a bit.
