[Lowfer] First decode of the night!

Bob, my decodes are showing at the newer WSPR spot site of 
http://www.wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/spots. They're under the LF/2200m 
band, which normally is 137+ kHz, but I forced the receive dial 
frequency to 0.073 MHz. I was in the process of changing the frequency 
when the 2200 report went out so it incorrectly shows your frequency. So 
far I have 3 others under k3siw-1 and your signal has built up as usual 
after local sunset from -17 dB snr to -11 dB snr. I'm also decoding on a 
second setup using a loop doing poorly and may add that as k3siw-2 
eventually.
