Bob, your signal is strong as usual so I was surprised to see no deep 
search decodes. After thinking about the problem it dawned on me the 
opds.ini mods suggested by Markus for rate-64 operation included two 
lines to ignore qrm around 74.550 and 74.551:

fignore=74551
ignoretol=1.1

  Since you're now sending at 74.5518 they should be removed, or better 
matched to where real qrm might lie. Having removed those lines I do now 
see a decode. I have opera 1.4.9 running in parallel too  but apparently 
it needs more time to decode.
