[Lowfer] Navtex in CT

Program is SeaTTY ... not free but works the best of any program I've tried. Antenna is 1000' BOG 
(beverage on ground) ... has the directivity of an antenna about twice the length ... roughly equal 
to a one wavelength elevated beverage at 500 kHz. Info at  http://www.w1vd.com/500kHzBOG.pdf . 
Receives both direction simultaneously on separate feedlines. Reception period was sunset to 
sunrise.
