[Lowfer] 600m Grabber in VE7

Many of you may not be aware but for the past several weeks, Jack (VA7JX) on 
Vancouver Island (CN79) has been running his 600m Grabber almost every 
night. His goal is to have it operational as much as possible as VE's (and 
hopefully our American neighbours) soon get permanent access to the band.
