[Lowfer] PC clock synch program needed

I am in need of a program to synch my PC clock, other than D4, which for some reason will not
work for me.  I even tried downloading the software from three different sites, but none of them
would run, but rather it popped up a window saying something was a problem, but without a
mention of just what the problem was.  I never got to even the main screen!  I'm trying to run 
it in a Compaq PC under WinXP.  Any help would be appreciated.
