typing this whilst on the beach - noone said it would be easy) it would be a toss up between kh6 and 3d2 where i worked/played for a while - 

I think kh6 would win 
as living/medical is easier and geopolitical is somewhat more stable, though housing is a heck of a lot less expense still lots of ethnic tensions on Fiji, blame the British! And... A lot of their overhead grid can be really noisy at lf/mf

I was on 137 x band from Fiji about 10 years or so and driving back from a similar event as last nights had the same level dx coming in - a little more "qrm" from west coast vk blow torches... I had to ask Zl6qh on 136 to goto CW as his qrss was so strong it blurred out id's :-)
